9oklotto Terms & Conditions — Complete Usage Policy

01Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 9oklotto platform ("Site", "App", or "Service") and its users ("you", "Member"). By registering on 9oklotto or using the Service, you are considered to have read and accepted these Terms in full.

9oklotto currently accepts payments via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket mobile banking. The following rules apply to all payments:

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not permitted and such transactions may be returned.
• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via Mobile Pay & Nagad, ৳300 via Rocket.
• 9oklotto does not charge any deposit fees; however, your mobile banking operator may apply their own charges.
• Payments are typically processed within 3–10 minutes. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact support.

05Withdrawal Policy

9oklotto's withdrawal process is fully transparent and secure. The following conditions must be met before processing a withdrawal:

• KYC Verification: A National ID (NID) and selfie must be submitted before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered mobile banking number.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Daily maximum: ৳200,000 for standard accounts.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing winnings derived from bonus money.
• Withdrawals from KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 15–45 minutes.

06Bonus & Promotion Terms
